Landscapes that belong to culture.
Desert Scape designs and builds gardens, pools and outdoor living for villas and farms across the UAE, under one contract and one point of contact.
Gardens designed by the people who build them.
Desert Scape designs and builds private gardens, courtyards and outdoor rooms for villas and farms.
We work as one team from the first site visit to the last planting. The design is drawn by the people who will build it, so what is promised on paper is what is delivered on the ground: the levels, the shade, the water, the stone.
Our clients want a garden that is used every evening of the year, not only photographed in April. That means designing for August first, and for the rest of the year second.

Three elements. One garden.
Sunlight and shade
Light is the first material we work with. We map the sun across the plot through the year and plot where shade falls at four in the afternoon in August, then set the seating, the pool edge and the path to the door inside it. Pergolas, canopy trees, wall heights and the orientation of every terrace are designed from that map.
Water, without limits
Water is the soul of the garden, and we design it generously: rills and falaj channels, reflecting basins, fountains, waterfalls and rimless pools. Every feature runs on a closed recirculating loop with filtration and level control, and irrigation is zoned drip on smart controllers, so the garden can be lavish with water and still light on it.
Plants and climate
Every plant is chosen for the place it will live: local soil, salinity, coastal wind and a summer that tests everything. We build the palette from native and adapted species, date palm, ghaf, sidr, olive, citrus, bougainvillea and jasmine. Specimen trees are sourced mature, planted with a written establishment period, and watched through their first summer.
Our services
From the first survey to the monthly maintenance visit, every part of the outdoor space is designed, built and looked after by one team.
Choose your own space and time.
Nine languages, each drawn from a living tradition and re-engineered for the Gulf: plant list, water budget, shade map and materials re-specified so the garden looks like its reference and behaves like a local.
Gardens we have designed and built.
Private gardens for villa and farm owners, each listed by the design language it was built in.

Built without compromise.
Every garden has a place of origin
We do not decorate plots; we transpose landscapes. Each design language is drawn from a living tradition, the oasis, the courtyard, the terrace, the farm, and re-engineered for the Gulf.
Nature and culture in one drawing
Native and adapted planting set against the geometry of a culture the owner recognises. Shade is plotted for August before the first line is drawn; water is a figure on the concept, not an afterthought.
Natural materials, specified like structure
Hand-cut limestone and basalt, honed travertine, teak and ipe, brass, blackened steel and lime render, each specified for salt air and 45-degree heat, with joints, falls and fixings detailed on the drawings, not improvised on site.
Workmanship measured in millimetres
Our own crews lay stone to tight tolerances and hide fixings so nothing interrupts the surface. Irrigation is pressure-tested and commissioned; lighting is focused scene by scene at dusk.
Perfection is a process, not a promise
Samples and full-size mock-ups of key details are approved before construction begins. Each stage closes with a signed document and a weekly photographed report.
Built to age, not to date
Materials that gain a patina rather than fade, drainage that survives the first summer, and planting with a written establishment period. We return through the hottest months so the garden looks better in year five than at handover.
